For the summer season (May - September) principal rates are by the week and are 600 EU from Saturday afternoon until Saturday morning. In the off-season, the rental fee is 400 EU. For long weekends, please contact the owner. A cleaning fee of 50 EU will always be levied, as the house will be cleaned after your departure.
